Online coaching is a premium service for those who would like to take their training to the next level.
Maybe you are local or 1-1 sessions aren’t necessar, online coaching has everything you need.
Online coaching includes progressive tailored coaching, nutritional guidance and weekly check ins. All easily accessed via my training app.

I had no idea what I was actually capable of and would be to scared to push myself to new exercises and weights, but Aimee is my own personal cheerleader and gives me all the confidence boosts that l'm unable to give to myself.
The change in my body and my mentality has been massive. Aimee has encourage me into better habits without feeling like I have to make huge changes that I couldn't stick to, while also there on a personal level and listens to how I'm doing outside of the gym.

Aimee encouraged me to run my first half marathon which I honestly never seen myself doing!
